Shipping Information

  • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery (1–3 business days, where applicable).
  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and chosen method. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through our website’s Returns Center.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via the Returns Center. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned upon delivery.
